This policy applies to all purchases made through the Waglyy Shop at www.waglyy.com.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel: • Go to My Orders in your account • Select the order and click "Cancel Order" • Provide a reason for cancellation Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please follow our return process after delivery.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for: • Product received is damaged or defective • Wrong item delivered • Product significantly different from the description Contact us at support@waglyy.com with your order number and photos. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Not eligible for return: • Perishable items (food, treats, medications) • Personalised or custom-made products • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed as follows: • UPI, card, net banking: 5–7 business days • Paytm wallet: 2–3 business days • Razorpay: 5–7 business days Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original for a refund. Contact support@waglyy.com to arrange an exchange.
If your payment was debited but the order was not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the refund, contact us at support@waglyy.com with your transaction details.
Donations made through Waglyy to rescue operations or NGOs are non-refundable as they are disbursed immediately to the cause.
