By creating an account or using any part of Waglyy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Waglyy only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about pets or rescue cases • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Use the platform to facilitate animal cruelty or illegal trade of animals • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at support@waglyy.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Users posting pet listings or rescue cases are solely responsible for the accuracy of that information. Waglyy does not verify all listings and is not liable for interactions between users. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
All purchases through the Waglyy Shop are subject to product availability and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm). Waglyy does not store your payment card details. For payment disputes, contact us at support@waglyy.com.
All content on Waglyy — logos, design, text, and software — is the property of Waglyy and protected by applicable IP laws. User-generated content remains owned by the user, but you grant Waglyy a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
Waglyy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waglyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold Waglyy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Waglyy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or a platform notice.
